机床特点

1、本系列机床适用于各行业的机械加工，可用于内外圆柱面、圆锥面、端面、切槽等粗、精加工。

2、机床主传动为交流电机驱动。交流经 16 级或 4 级主轴变速机构；实现工作台的转速范围。

3、工作台主轴采用了高精度可调径向间隙双列短圆柱滚子轴承定心。轴向采用恒流静压导轨，使工作台具有旋转精度高、承载能力大、热变形小的特点。

4、根据客户需要机床可采用恒温冷却装置。可设有独立液压站系统：能保证机床加工精度和各项技术指标稳定性。

5、立柱、横梁、垂直滑枕等导轨面采用了精磨。精度高、质量好。

6、机床电器选用 PLC 控制系统，因而保证了电器质量稳定可靠。

7、滑枕改为方滑枕，滑枕截面尺寸大，钢性好，横梁上面与滚轮接触面采用镶钢结构。

The lathe features

1、This lathe is apply to machining of all industries. Rough and finish machining of inside & outside cylindrical surface, circular conical surface, end face.

2、The lathe main drive is AC motor drive, AC 16 steps or 4 steps main spindle speed change mechanism, realize the worktable range of speed.

3、Worktable main spindle adopts high precision and adjustable radial clearance biserial short cylindrical roller bearing to centering. Axial direction adopts CC hydrostatic guideway, worktable have the features of high running accuracy, big bearing capacity, small thermal deformation.

4、According to the user needs can use constant temperature cooling device, can be equipped with independent hydraulic pressure station system. Ensure the lathe working accuracy and each technical index stability.

5、The guide ways of vertical column, cross beam and ram all accurate grinding, high accuracy and fine quality.

6、The lathe electric appliance use PLC control system to guarantee the electric appliance quality stability and reliability.

7、Change the ram into square and the sectional dimension is right size. The contact surface with roller on the crossbeam adopts steel inlaid structure.
