2、数控系统根据用户需要，可选用进口或国产配置，CKD51Z/A 系列不带罩壳，CKD51Z/B 系列加围罩壳、排屑、冷却液回收装置。

3、横梁导轨面采用高频淬火，淬火硬度 HRC48-55 度。

The lathe features

1、This series CNC high speed fixed beam vertical lathe is designed for strong cutting and machining on casting and forging plates, cylinder parts in automotive, bearings, wind power, locomotive, flanges, motor housing etc industry, with many advantages such as high rigidity, multiple combination, easy to set wires, multiple configuration, complete specification, high precision etc. This lathe machine is equipped with hydraulic spindle and hydraulic chuck (fixture), which could be quickly and convenient to complete the workpiece clamping and accurate positioning according to the different requirement of different mechanical parts.

2、CNC system can select import or domestic according to user needs. CKD51Z/A series not have cover housing, CKD51Z/B series have cover housing, chip removal and cooling liquid recovery device.

3、Cross beam guideway all use high-frequency quenching, and the quenching hardness is HRC48-55.
