1、本系列机床适用于各行业的机械加工。可用于内外圆柱面、内外圆锥面、端面、切槽等粗、精加工。
2、工作台主轴采用了高精度可调径向间隙双列短圆柱滚子轴承定心。轴向采用恒流静压导轨，使工作台具有旋转精度高、承载能力大、热变形小的特点。
3、底座，工作台、床体、横梁等大件采用强度高、耐磨性能好、灰口铸铁并回火处理，消除内应力、不变形。
4、立刀架有两种形式。方滑枕和手动五角刀台。侧刀架装有四方刀台，两刀架均采用液压平衡。
5、机床的主轴传动由交流电机驱动。经 16 级主轴变速机构。实现了工作台转速范围。
6、根据用户要求可加数显、电动磨头和车锥度的附件，滑动部位全部自动润滑。
7、立柱、横梁导轨面采用高频淬火，淬火硬度 HRC48-55 度。
The lathe features
1、This lathe is apply to machining of all industries. Rough and finish machining of inside & outside cylindrical surface, circular conical surface, end face.
2、Worktable main spindle adopts high precision and adjustable radial clearance biserial short cylindrical roller bearing to centering. Axial direction adopts CC hydrostatic guideway, worktable have the features of high running accuracy, big bearing capacity, small thermal deformation.
3、Pedestal, worktable, lathe body and crossbeam castings are use gray cast iron by tempering, relieving of internal stress and non-deformation, so they are high strength, fine wear-resisting property.
4、The vertical tool post have two forms, square ram and manual pentagon turrets. Side tool post is equipped with square turrets, two tool posts all use hydraulic balance.
5、The lathe main spindle drive is drive by AC motor, 16 steps main spindle speed change mechanism to achieve the worktable range of speed.
6、According to user needs, can increase the digital display, electric grinding head and the attachment for turning taper, slide parts all auto lubrication.
7、Vertical column, cross beam guideway all use high-frequency quenching, and the quenching hardness is HRC48-55.
