机床特点

1、CKZ51ZA、CKZ51ZB 系列产品针对市场需要而研发的新产品，主要特点强力切削、工作台载荷大、稳定性好。适用于电机、水泵、外壳等高工件的加工，滑枕延伸行程长，加工高工件无需倒头一次性可加工完成。

2、主传动采用伺服电机经四级变速，实现了工作台转速范围，工作台主轴径向采用高精度双列圆柱滚子轴承定心，轴向采用高精度推力球轴承，做滚动导轨，也可以采用交叉滚子轴承。

3、立柱采用双导轨，导轨面宽。

4、横梁导轨面宽为 650mm，横梁升降具有分级定位功能，定位准确，采用了液压四点锁紧。立柱顶端装有交流电机。带动两端减速箱．通过双丝杠拉动横梁升降。提高了横梁升降的平稳度。保证了机床精度。

5、滑枕可采用方滑枕。T 型滑枕和电动刀台。

6、数控采用西门子或法那科。也可选用国产系统；电器选用施耐德。

7、CKZ51ZA 是不带排屑及冷却液回收装置和半封闭防护罩。CKZ51ZB 带排屑及冷却液回收装置和半封闭防护罩。

8、立柱、横梁导轨面采用高频淬火，硬度 HRC48-55 度。

The lathe features

1、The CKZ51ZA and CKZ51ZB series are newly developed models tailored to market demands. They boast powerful heavy-duty cutting performance, large worktable load capacity and outstanding structural stability. Ideal for machining tall workpieces such as motor and pump housings. The ram features a long extension stroke, enabling one-time complete machining of tall parts without re-clamping.

2、The main drive is equipped with a servo motor and four-speed transmission, covering a full range of worktable rotating speeds. The worktable spindle adopts high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings for radial positioning. Axially, high-precision thrust ball bearings are used as rolling guides, and cross roller bearings are also available as an optional configuration.

3、The column adopts a double-guideway structure with wide guideway surfaces.

4、The crossrail guideway width is 650 mm. The crossrail lifting mechanism realizes stepped positioning with high accuracy, and is locked by four-point hydraulic clamping. An AC motor is mounted on the top of the column to drive the reduction gearboxes at both ends, and the crossrail is driven up and down by double lead screws. This structure greatly improves the lifting stability of the crossrail and ensures the overall precision of the machine tool.

5、Optional configurations include square ram, T-type ram and electric tool turret.

6、CNC systems adopt Siemens or FANUC, with domestic CNC systems also available for selection. Electrical components are supplied by Schneider.

7、CKZ51ZB is equipped with a chip removal system, coolant recycling device and semi-closed protective cover; while CKZ51ZA comes without the above configurations.

8、The guideway surfaces of the column and crossrail undergo high-frequency quenching treatment, with hardness reaching HRC 48–55.
