
1、CKG51 系列单柱数控高速立式车床适用于硬质合金及陶瓷等刀具,对黑色金属、有色金属及部分非金属零件的内外圆柱面、圆锥面、端面、切槽、螺纹及回转曲面等进行粗、半精、精加工。
2、主传动采用交流主轴伺服电机驱动,两档变速,高速旋转工件均进行静、动平衡,采用高精度传动齿轮,磨齿工艺,实现传动效率高,噪声低、高转速下可靠平稳运行。
3、立柱为热对称结构,立柱坐落安装在工作台底座上,横梁升降具有分级定位功能,液压锁紧、定位准确。
4、主轴采用高精度可调径向间隙的双列短圆柱滚子轴承定心,轴向采用高精度大型推力球轴承做滚动导轨,也可以采用交叉滚动轴承。
5、垂直刀架水平和垂直移动均采用直线导轨结构。
6、立柱导轨面采用高频淬火,硬度 HRC48-55 度。

2、AC spindle servo motor drive and two shifting variable speeds are used for the main transmission, the static and dynamic balance are conducted for high speed rotating workpiece, and high-resolution transmission gear and gear grinding process are also used to realize high transmission efficiency, low noise and reliable running smoothly under high rotating speed.
3、The column is thermal symmetrical structure and is located on the base of working table, the effective measures of vibration isolation is taken through the finite element calculation of computer, therefore it has the capabilities of high stiffness and high anti-vibration.
4、Main spindle adopts high precision and adjustable radial clearance biserial short cylindrical roller bearing to centering. Axial direction adopts high accuracy large thrust ball bearing as rolling guide, it also can adopts crossed roller bearing.
5、The linear rail structure is used for the horizontal and vertical movement of the vertical turret.
6、Column,cross guide surface are all supersonic frequency quenching, quenching hardness HRAC48–55 degree.
