机床特点

1、CKM51 系列单柱数控立式车、磨复合机床。适用于机械制造业及阀门、汽车零件、磨具制造等行业。

2、横梁装有两个数控刀架，右刀架为车削刀架，左刀架磨削刀架，工件通过一次装夹，实现车、磨两道工序，提高工效，降低成本，提高加工精度，降低劳动强度。

3、磨头采用了电主轴结构，电主轴装在滑枕下端，采用水冷方式，使电主轴长时间运转能保持恒温，保证了磨头运转速度高、噪音小扭矩大、稳定性好。

4、工作台为热对称结构，主轴径向采用了高精度可调径向间隙双列短圆柱滚子轴承定心，轴向采用高精度大型推力轴承做滚动导轨，也可以采用交叉滚子轴承。

5、横梁导轨面宽为 650mm，采用液压四点锁紧，立柱顶端装有交流电机，带动两端减速箱，通过双丝杠拉动横梁升降，提高了横梁升降的平稳度，保证了机床精度。

6、立柱、横梁导轨面采用高频淬火，硬度 HRC48-55 度。

The lathe features

1、The CKM51 series single-column CNC vertical turning-grinding compound machine tools are widely applied in machinery manufacturing, as well as industries such as valves, auto parts and grinding tool production.

2、The crossrail is equipped with two CNC tool posts: the right one for turning and the left one for grinding. Workpieces can undergo turning and grinding processes in one-time clamping, which improves production efficiency, reduces manufacturing costs, enhances machining accuracy and lowers labor intensity.

3、The grinding head adopts an electric spindle structure mounted at the lower end of the ram, with water cooling system. This design maintains constant temperature during long-time operation, ensuring the grinding head features high rotating speed, low noise, large torque and excellent stability.

4、The worktable adopts a thermally symmetric structure. The spindle is positioned by high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearings with adjustable radial clearance in the radial direction; large high-precision thrust bearings are adopted as axial rolling guideways, and cross roller bearings are also available as an optional configuration.

5、The width of the crossrail guideway is 650mm, with four-point hydraulic locking device. An AC motor is installed at the top of the column, driving reduction gearboxes at both ends to lift and lower the crossrail via double lead screws. This structure improves the stability of crossrail lifting and ensures the machining accuracy of the machine tool.

6、The guideway surfaces of the column and crossrail are treated with high-frequency quenching, with hardness reaching HRC.48-55.
