机床特点

1、数控立式车床是一种性能良好、工艺范围广泛，生产效率高的先进设备。适用于各行业机械加工，可用于内外圆柱面、内外圆锥面、端面、切槽、圆弧面及各种曲线面、螺纹的粗、精加工。

2、机床主传动为交流电机驱动。经两档变速机构，实现工作台的转速范围。

3、工作台主轴采用了高精度可调径向间隙双列短圆柱滚子轴承定心，工作台采用恒流静压导轨。使工作台具有旋转精度高、承载能力大、热变形小的特点。4、根据用户需要机床可采用恒温冷却装置，可设有独立液压站系统。能保证机床加工精度和各项技术指标稳定性。

5、立柱、横梁、滑枕等导轨面采用了精磨度高、质量好。

6、机床进给采用伺服电机。滚珠丝杠传动，横梁、垂直刀架配有封闭护罩。增加了机床安全性。

7、数控系统根据用户需要，可选用进口或国产配置。根据用户要求，还可加电动磨头。

The lathe features

1、The CK52S series CNC vertical lathe is an advanced machine tool with excellent performance, wide process range and high production efficiency. It is widely used for mechanical processing in various industries, and can perform rough and finish machining of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, internal and external conical surfaces, end faces, grooving, arc surfaces, various curved surfaces and threads.

2、The main drive is driven by an AC motor. With a two-speed gear shifting mechanism, it achieves a full rotating speed range of the worktable.

3、The worktable spindle is positioned by high-precision adjustable radial clearance double-row short cylindrical roller bearings. The worktable adopts a constant-current hydrostatic guideway, featuring high rotary accuracy, large load capacity and low thermal deformation.

4、Upon customer request, the machine can be equipped with a constant-temperature cooling device and an independent hydraulic station system, ensuring stable machining accuracy and consistent technical performance.

5、The guideway surfaces of the column, crossrail and ram are precision ground, delivering high accuracy and superior overall quality.

6、The machine feed system adopts servo motor and ball screw transmission. The crossrail and vertical tool post are equipped with fully enclosed protective covers to improve machine safety.

7、The CNC system can be configured with imported or domestic brands according to user needs. An electric grinding head can also be added as optional upon customer requirements。
