机床特点

1、数控立式机床是一种性能良好、工艺范围广泛、生产效率高的先进设备，适用于各行业的机械加工。可用于内外圆柱面、内外圆锥面端面、切槽、圆弧面及各种曲线面、螺纹的粗、精加工。

2、工作台主轴采用了高精度可调径向间隙双列短圆柱滚子轴承定心。轴向采用恒流静压导轨。使工作台具有旋转精度高、承载能力大、热变形小的特点。

3、机床进给采用交流伺服电机、滚珠丝杠传动，横梁垂直刀架配有封闭防护罩，增加了机床的安全性。

4、机床的主传动由交流电机驱动。经 16 级主轴变速机构。实现了工作台的转速范围。

5、数控系统根据用户需要，可选用进口或国产配置。CK51A 系列不带罩壳，CK51B 系列加罩壳、排屑、冷却液回收装置。

6、立柱、横梁导轨面采用高频淬火，淬火硬度 HRC48-55 度。

The lathe features

2、The worktable spindle is positioned by high-precision adjustable radial clearance double-row short cylindrical roller bearings, and the axial direction adopts constant-current hydrostatic guideway. This endows the worktable with high rotary accuracy, large load capacity and small thermal deformation.

3、The machine feed system adopts AC servo motor and ball screw drive. The vertical tool post on the crossrail is equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover, improving the operational safety of the machine tool.

4、The main drive is powered by an AC motor. Through a 16-speed spindle gear mechanism, a wide speed range of the worktable is achieved.

5、The CNC system can be configured with imported or domestic brands according to customer requirements. The CK51A series comes without a full enclosure; the CK51B series is equipped with protective enclosure, chip removal system and coolant recycling device.

6、The guideway surfaces of the column and crossrail adopt high-frequency quenching, with hardness reaching HRC 48-55.
