机床特点

1、CKM52 系列双柱数控立式车、磨复合机床。适用于机械制造业及阀门、汽车零件、磨具制造等行业。

2、该机床具有对工件的内外圆柱面、圆锥面、端面、切槽、螺纹及回转曲面等实现车削、磨削两个功能。

3、横梁装有两个数控刀架，右刀架为车削刀架，左刀架磨削刀架，工件通过一次装夹，实现车、磨两道工序，提高工效，降低成本，提高加工精度，降低劳动强度。

4、磨头采用了电主轴结构，电主轴装在滑枕下端，采用水冷方式，使电主轴长时间运转能保持恒温，保证了铣头运转速度高、噪音小、扭矩大、稳定性好。5、数控可选西门子或法那科系统，也可选用国产系统，电器选用施耐德。

6、该机床带排屑及冷却液回收装置和半封闭防护罩。

The lathe features

1、The CKM52 series double-column CNC vertical turning and grinding compound machine tool is widely applicable to machinery manufacturing, valve production, auto parts, abrasive tool manufacturing and other industries.

2、The machine tool integrates turning and grinding functions. It can process internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, grooves, threads and rotary curved surfaces of workpieces.

3、The crossrail is equipped with two CNC tool posts. The right tool post is for turning, and the left one is for grinding. Workpieces can complete both turning and grinding processes in a single clamping, which improves working efficiency, reduces production costs, enhances machining accuracy and lowers labor intensity.

4、The grinding head adopts an electric spindle structure mounted at the lower end of the ram and adopts water cooling. It maintains a constant temperature during long-term operation, ensuring the grinding head features high speed, low noise, large torque and stable performance.

5、CNC system can be equipped with Siemens or FANUC, and domestic systems are also optional. Electrical components adopt Schneider brand.

6、The machine tool is equipped with a chip removal device, coolant recycling device and semi-closed protective cover.
