机床特点

1、CKX5I 系列单柱数控立式车铣复合机床。产品技术成熟，性能可靠，一次性装夹可完成车、铣、镗、钻、攻丝、铰孔等多道工序。搭配砂轮可磨削，搭配角铣头可完成侧面加工。

2、工作台主轴径向采用高精度双列圆柱滚子轴承定心，轴向采用高精度大型推力轴承做滚动导轨，也可以采用交叉滚子轴承。

3、工作台具有分度功能，当 C 轴进给传动时，能消除齿轮的传动间隙，使 C 轴定位精度达到正负 5 角秒。

4、铣头采用了电主轴结构，电主轴装在滑枕下端，采用水冷方式，使电主轴长时间运转能保持恒温，保证了铣头运转速度高、噪音小扭矩大、稳定性好。

5、采用西门子 840D sl 系统；机床可选配自动刀库。机床的设独立液压站，制冷机。

6、垂直刀架水平移动采用直线导轨结构。

7、立柱导轨面采用高频淬火，硬度 HRC48-55 度。

The lathe features

1、The CKX51 series single-column CNC vertical turning and milling compound machine tool features mature technology and reliable performance. It can complete multiple processes including turning, milling, boring, drilling, tapping and reaming in a single clamping. Equipped with a grinding wheel, it can perform grinding; fitted with an angle milling head, it can realize side surface machining.

2、The worktable spindle adopts high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings for radial positioning. Large high-precision thrust bearings are used for the axial rolling guideway, and cross roller bearings are also available as an alternative.

3、The worktable is provided with indexing function. When the C-axis is fed and driven, the gear transmission backlash can be eliminated, enabling the C-axis positioning accuracy to reach ±5 arcseconds.

4、The milling head adopts an electric spindle structure installed at the lower end of the ram with water cooling design. It keeps constant temperature during long-time operation, ensuring the milling head features high rotating speed, low noise, large torque and good stability.

5、The machine is equipped with Siemens 840D sl system; an automatic tool magazine is optional. Independent hydraulic station and chiller are configured for the machine tool.

6、The horizontal movement of the vertical tool post adopts linear guideway structure.

7、The guideway surface of the column is treated by high-frequency quenching, with hardness up to HRC 48–55.
